Eligible council areas are: Port Lincoln, Lower Eyre Peninsula, Tumby Bay, Elliston, Cleve, Franklin Harbour, Le Hunte, Streaky Bay, Kimba, and Ceduna. Selection is based on financial need and academic merit.
