听贰濒颈驳颈产颈濒颈迟测:听 Applicants must: be Australian citizens, permanent residents or holders of a humanitarian visa, or New Zealand citizens; and have received, or expect to receive, acceptance into an honours program at La Trobe University. Selection is based on conditions of personal, financial and family hardship that might otherwise hinder the ability to succeed in an honours program. Applicants are required to submit a report from an academic referee.
