听顿别蝉肠谤颈辫迟颈辞苍:听 The Eric Dreikurs Scholarship is a one-year grant awarded to a continuing Bachelor of Laws student. Eric Dreikurs (1911-2003) was born in Vienna and settled in Australia in 1938. As a successful businessman, he was able to generously support many charitable causes during his lifetime. He was particularly keen to help young people get 'a good start in life' and many of his charitable donations reflected this. His family ties to a member of the staff of the Faculty of Law led him to appreciate that there were many young law students at UTS who were experiencing financial hardship. Shortly before his death, he made a donation to establish this scholarship in support of such students.

Selection is based on: demonstrated financial need or low income; satisfactory academic progression; or evidence of exceptional circumstances; motivation to succeed in the chosen Faculty of Law course; and demonstrated initiative in personal and professional life.
