听贰濒颈驳颈产颈濒颈迟测:听 Applicants must: be Australian citizens, permanent residents or holders of a humanitarian visa; be commencing or continuing their first postgraduate (coursework) degree as a full-time student either on campus or via distance education mode of study, as a Commonwealth supported student; be of low socio-economic status and not be in receipt of another scholarship to the value of $7,500 or more per year from CSU or elsewhere; and have or maintain a 3.0 grade average or higher.
