The program provides educational and long-term professional development for students.

听Annual Comment:听 The scholarship provides $6,500 per annum to assist with costs associated with studying (tuition fees, textbooks, incidental expenses) for 2 years or the remainder of the course, whichever is lesser; and up to $1,500 per annum for professional development. In addition, Conoco Phillips may offer up to 12 weeks paid vacation employment during the summer break in the relevant year, to be arranged in conjunction with ConocoPhillips. The timing of this employment may need to be flexible according to business needs and negotiated with the scholarship recipient.
