听顿别蝉肠谤颈辫迟颈辞苍:听 The scholarship was established by Cessnock City Council and ICI Explosives with the aim of encouraging and assisting undergraduate students from Cessnock to pursue academic excellence in the fields of science and engineering. The scholarship is dedicated to the memory of Dr Robert M Sheahan, a Research Associate with ICI Explosives, who made many key scientific contributions to the explosives business worldwide. Robert Sheahan was a friend and mentor to a generation of research scientists and engineers working in the field of explosives.

Selection is based on academic merit (ATAR score). Preference will be given to students from the Cessnock Local Government area.
