Ìý¶Ù±ð²õ³¦°ù¾±±è³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô:Ìý Support will be awarded to honours students undertaking a project with applied outcomes to natural resource management in South Australia. The selected students will be partnered with a government Natural Resource Management agency that is most closely aligned to their research. The partnered government agency will provide direction to the scope of the research, and if feasible, additional in-kind support including, but not limited to, vehicle access, data access and field assistance. The key output from this support will be a brief paper highlighting the implications of each supported honours thesis to natural resource management.

Ìý·¡±ô¾±²µ¾±²ú¾±±ô¾±³Ù²â:Ìý Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents enrolled full-time in one of the following honours degree programs: Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) (Industrial and Applied Mathematics), Bachelor of Science (Honours) (Nano and Biomaterials), or Bachelor of Sustainable Environments (Honours). Applicants must provide a personal written statement (minimum 500 words) detailing their career objectives, academic record and how the scholarship will assist them. Selection will be based on academic merit (GPA), a personal written statement, character references and performance at an interview. The project must also provide a direct link to one of the 'Networks' for the Natural Resources Management Research and Innovation Network.

ÌýOther Details:Ìý The applicant should provide the following information as part of their application: relevance of the topic for the honours project to improve Natural Resource Management outcomes in South Australia; approval from the nominated Honours Supervisor and agreement for the Honours Project; and at least 2 character references.
