Ìý¶Ù±ð²õ³¦°ù¾±±è³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô:Ìý This scholarship program has been designed in partnership with leading Australian companies to equip students to move quickly into senior ICT positions after graduation. Students spend 40 weeks gaining direct experience in the ICT industry by working with Swinburne's industry partners. The placements are assessable and overseen by Swinburne. Students develop technical skills in databases and programming, and emphasis is placed on business analysis and problem-solving, business process management, project management, the management of information systems (IS) in organisations, the provision of IS services, social networking in organisations, and mobile business and connectivity. The course also includes business units aimed at developing managerial and leadership skills.

Ìý·¡±ô¾±²µ¾±²ú¾±±ô¾±³Ù²â:Ìý Applicants must be current Year 12 students who are Australian citizens or permanent residents. VCE prerequisites: Units 3 & 4 and a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL; and a study score of at least 20 in Mathematics (any).

ÌýOther Details:Ìý Application must be made through VTAC by nominating the Bachelor of Information Technology as a preference. In addition to submitting the VTAC application, applicants must submit an Information Technology Scholarship Program - Supplementary Application Form (www.swinburne.edu.au/extrareqs) by the due date. As part of the application process, all short-listed applicants will be required to attend an interview.
