听贰濒颈驳颈产颈濒颈迟测:听 Applicants must: be Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents; be enrolled in a full-time program of at least 1 year duration (certificate IV, diploma, bachelor degree, honours or postgraduate coursework); demonstrate financial or educational disadvantage; and not be completing or have previously completed the same or higher level of program. Vocational education students must be enrolled in a government-funded program (excluding apprenticeship and traineeship programs).
